WHAT IS AXOM LEADERSHIP
At the heart of leadership, is personal empowerment. When people take ownership and responsibility over their lives, amazing things happen. At Axom Leadership, we help organizations facilitate opportunities for people to gain a sense of empowerment over their lives and their work.
“Axom” is a combination of the words “Atom” and “Axon”. An axon is the cable that connects neurons in our brain, and an atom represents small reactions that create big impact. At Axom Leadership, we believe small steps, applied consistently over time, create pathways for transformational change in people and organizations.

Axom Leadership is in the culture change business. We believe culture change does not have to be complicated. We take a values-driven approach, which focuses on integrating the unique values of your people, with the shared values of your organization. WHO I AM

I’m Brett Elmgren. I’m the founder of Axom Leadership. I’m passionate about supporting people to find empowerment in their lives and their work. I am an Executive Human Resources Professional, with 15 years of experience leading talent and organization development strategies for complex organizations. I’m fascinated by human behaviour, solving wicked problems, and how to bring joy to our work. If you’re looking for me, the first place to check is the bookstore.
